Delivery and returns

At Lampimou, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant, simple, and reliable shopping experience. Below you will find details regarding our shipping policy.

🚚 Processing times:

All orders are processed within 1 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

🌍 Estimated delivery times:

Our products are shipped from our international partner warehouses. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Metropolitan France: 5 to 10 working days

Belgium: 5 to 10 working days

Please note: Delivery times may be slightly longer in the event of high demand, customs conditions or exceptional events (strikes, health crises, etc.).

📩 Delivery costs:

Delivery is free in mainland France.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside France; these charges are clearly indicated at the time of ordering.

đŸ§Ÿ Order tracking:

Each order comes with a tracking number that allows you to track your package in real time. You can track your order via our dedicated page or directly on the carrier's website.

❗Lost or unreceived packages:

If you have not received your order within 30 working days of dispatch, please contact our customer service at the following address: lampimou@gmail.com

We will do what is necessary to investigate with the carrier and offer you a solution (return or refund).

📬 Delivery address:

Please carefully check the accuracy of your delivery address. Lampimou cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

📩 Receipt of the order:

If the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the package and the product so that we can process your request quickly.

🔄 Product returns:

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to make a return.

To exercise this right, contact us by email at lampimou@gmail.com, indicating:

Your order number

The product(s) concerned

Your full name and address

📩 Return conditions:

Products must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging.

Any damaged, incomplete or soiled product cannot be refunded.

Returns must be made within 14 days of notification of your wish to withdraw.

🚚 Return costs:

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

The return address will be communicated to you by email after receipt of your request.

💳 Refunds:

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.

The refund will then be made within 7 working days to the payment method used when ordering.

Note: Initial shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

❌ Exceptions – products not eligible for return:

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product has been used or damaged by the customer

The product is returned outside the time limit

If your product has a defect or does not correspond to your order, contact us within 48 hours at lampimou@gmail.com with a photo of the product concerned.

We will offer a quick solution: exchange, return or refund.
