At Lampimou, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant, simple, and reliable shopping experience. Details of our shipping policy can be found below.
🚚 Processing times:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
🌍 Estimated delivery times:
Our products are shipped from our international partner warehouses. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Metropolitan France: 5 to 10 business days
Belgium: 5 to 10 business days
Europe: 7 to 14 business days
Please note: Delivery times may be slightly longer in the event of high demand, customs conditions or exceptional events (strikes, health crises, etc.).
📦 Delivery fees:
Delivery is free in mainland France and Europe.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside of France; these charges are clearly indicated at the time of ordering.
🧾 Order tracking:
Each order comes with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's progress in real time. You can track your order on our dedicated page. To ensure faster delivery, your items may be shipped in multiple packages depending on availability. Don't worry, if you ordered several products, they may arrive separately, but you will receive your entire order.
❗Lost or unreceived packages:
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service department at the following address: lampimou@gmail.com
We will take the necessary steps to investigate with the carrier and offer you a solution.
📬 Delivery address:
Please carefully check the accuracy of your delivery address. Lampimou cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
📦 Order received:
If you have ordered multiple products, they may arrive separately, but you will receive your entire order.
If the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the package and the product so that we can process your request quickly.
🔄 Product returns:
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.
To exercise this right, please contact us by email at lampimou@gmail.com, indicating:
Your order number
The product(s) concerned
Your full name and address
📦 Return conditions:
Products must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging.
Any damaged, incomplete or soiled product cannot be refunded.
Returns must be made within 14 days of notification of your wish to withdraw.
🚚 Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
The return address will be sent to you by email after we receive your request.
💳 Refunds:
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.
The refund will then be issued within 7 working days to the payment method used when placing the order.
Note: Initial shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
❌ Exceptions – products not eligible for return:
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
The product has been used or damaged by the customer
The product was returned after the deadline.
🛠️ Product received defective or incorrect:
If your product is defective or does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours at lampimou@gmail.com with a photo of the product in question.
We will offer a quick solution: exchange, return or refund.
